Q.  What will it cost me?

A.  There are no attorney’s fees for our services unless we recover for you. The only other costs associated with collection are those associated with litigation, including:  filing fees, service fees, and various others.

Q.  How do I get started?

A.  Simply fill out our authorization form and fax it or e-mail it back to us. 

Q.  When should I send a debt to you for collection?

A.  As soon as you realize there is a problem obtaining payment whether you are hearing excuses or being made promises that are not kept.  The sooner collection efforts are begun, the greater the chances of recovery.

Q.  How do I prevent additional losses from uncollected debts?

A.  There are several precautions that may be taken to lower the percentage of outstanding accounts receivables you may have.  Please see Tips for Avoiding Bad Debt.  However, if you are unable to collect current bad debts, placing them with us now may help to lower the percentage of bad debt which you must write off at the end of your business year.*
